Be more adventurous with your milk tea! Try this elevated version of Thai Milk Tea. The cheese foam adds a perfect sweet topping to the spices in the Thai Milk Tea. Add Boba for even more chewy goodness!

Ingredients

  • For the Milk Tea:
  • 30g Thai Milk Tea Powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 50ml water
  • ice
  • For the Cheese Foam:
  • 60g cream cheese
  • 120ml heavy cream
  • 60ml milk
  • 30g sugar
  • 3g sea salt

Method

For the Cheese Foam:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add cream cheese and sugar, whisk until fully combined.
  2. Add heavy cream, milk, sea salt and whisk until thick and frothy.

For the Thai Milk Tea:

  1. In the serving cup, add the Thai Milk Tea Powder and boiling water and mix until fully dissolved. 
  2. Add ice and milk to the tea but some leave space for the cheese foam.
  3. Top the tea with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese foam. An elevated version of Thai Milk Tea is made!
