Thai Cheese Foam Milk Tea
Be more adventurous with your milk tea! Try this elevated version of Thai Milk Tea. The cheese foam adds a perfect sweet topping to the spices in the Thai Milk Tea. Add Boba for even more chewy goodness!
Ingredients
- For the Milk Tea:
- 30g Thai Milk Tea Powder
- 200ml milk
- 50ml water
- ice
- For the Cheese Foam:
- 60g cream cheese
- 120ml heavy cream
- 60ml milk
- 30g sugar
- 3g sea salt
Method
For the Cheese Foam:
- In a medium-sized bowl, add cream cheese and sugar, whisk until fully combined.
- Add heavy cream, milk, sea salt and whisk until thick and frothy.
For the Thai Milk Tea:
- In the serving cup, add the Thai Milk Tea Powder and boiling water and mix until fully dissolved.
- Add ice and milk to the tea but some leave space for the cheese foam.
- Top the tea with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese foam. An elevated version of Thai Milk Tea is made!
